14-Day Guarantee

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all initial purchases. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund of your transaction within 14 days of the purchase date.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the transaction. Please allow 10 business days for the funds to appear in your account.

No Prorated Refunds for Mid-Cycle Changes

StatementKey operates on a strictly non-prorated billing model. If you choose to upgrade, downgrade, or switch your subscription plan before the end of your current billing cycle (e.g., switching from an Annual to a Monthly plan), the new plan will take effect immediately.

You will be charged the full price for the new plan at the time of checkout. Any remaining unused time or credits on your previous plan will be forfeited immediately. We do not issue prorated refunds or account credits for unused time on a canceled or overwritten subscription.
